Jeff Jones Jr., a native of Crockett, Texas now based in Dallas, discovered his love for music at the age of seven, drumming alongside his family group, The Jones Family, in church. By the time he was 11, a new spark was lit when his father brought home a keyboard from Radio Shack. Jeff began teaching himself by imitating other musicians until his Aunt Anita recognized his gift and took him under her wing. Under her mentorship, he learned to lead church services—a role he stepped into fully at just 14 years old.

That same year, his brother Willie Love introduced him to beat-making and music production, expanding his creative skill set beyond live performance. The passing of his father, the man who first ignited his passion for music, became a turning point—Jeff committed himself to carrying on his legacy through every note he played.

From 2011 to 2019, Jeff stepped away from music to focus on college and building his career. But in 2020, amid the quiet of the COVID-19 pandemic, he felt the pull of music stronger than ever. He returned to the craft with renewed purpose, releasing his debut single, “Jones”, a personal and powerful statement of his artistry. Today, Jeff blends his deep church roots with modern production, creating music that honors his past while pushing toward a limitless future.
